For years, PNC Bank customers could walk to the center of downtown Frederick and conduct their financial business in the large building at Market and Patrick streets. The bank branch closed in October 2015, and the building has not had another full-time tenant since. Now, Alan Macdonald, owner of Bloomworks Wellness LLC, a pre-approved medical cannabis distributor, is eyeing the building for a dispensary.
